HIQ: Pronounced Hike

I strongly dislike the word “Gifted” as it is used currently as a euphemism for high IQ. Therefore I want to suggest a new nomenclature for high IQ: HIQ pronounced Hike.

On my first appointment at TBI rehab the doc told me that they frequently see people like me: someone who has a brain injury that was missed for a long time because we “present well”.
