The material does not need to stay on this domain. If you have a site you would like to move it to, it would be easy to do. (We would use redirects so readers with the old links can find you.) However there is some good link karma here because this website has a long history. 

My preference is to find someone who either knows what they are doing in regards to running a website and all SEO work that goes into that. However, if you have been wanting to start a site, and want to learn this might be a good opportunity. This site currently runs on WordPress and is hosted at SiteGround.
